Jane is retired as Public Services Librarian at The McLean Library, Pennsylvania Horticultural Society in Philadelphia, PA. She received a B.A. in Political Science & History from Wilson College, Chambersburg, PA, and an M.S. in Library Science from Drexel University, Philadelphia. In addition to her birthplace of Hanover, PA, Jane has lived in Baltimore, St. Paul, Phoenix, Bucks County (PA), Williamsburg, VA, and Philadelphia. Her volunteer activities have included Pennsbury Manor (William Penn’s home on the Delaware River), The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation, the National Center for State Courts, and the Philadelphia Flower Show. Jane has been a member of Old Pine since 2002, served as a Deacon 2017-2020, and joined the Old Pine Conservancy in 2017.
